Sarah's New "Do"

After having long hair her whole life, Sarah decided she wanted a shorter style!

Sissy got her hair chopped off while Bubby slept peacefully in his stroller.

SPRING FEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a beautiful day, so we decided to enjoy some time down by the creek!

Andrew took his drums down and played until I was sure all of our surrounding neighbors were hating us.

This one is humorous because Christian can't play the drums.  At all.

Sarah, Christian and Chuck Norris

"Don't take a picture of my legs Mom.  I didn't shave them this morning."

The creek looked inviting . . . . .

so some of us decided to play in it . . . .

furry creatures too.

Some of us skipped rocks,

some of us slept,

and then woke up to enjoy the sunshine.

Luke is in the Moby Wrap, the greatest invention.  EVER.  Sarah looking beautiful with her new hair cut.  Mom glowing because the Lord has blessed her with four, incredible kids. And because the caffeine in her coffee has increased her heart rate.

The fallen tree that leads to the world on the other side of the creek.

Valentine's Day

Pastor Wayne and Judy were our guests of honor for our Valentine's Dinner this evening!  I put together a menu of a few of our family's favorites foods:

Shrimp and Cocktail Sauce
Vidalia Onion Dip with Pita Chips
Cauliflower Salad
Chicken Parmesan
Twice Baked Potatoes
Asparagus
Puff Pastry Hearts with Custard and Raspberry Sauce

I realized after we finished our meal that I did not get a single picture of the food.  Duh.

Don't laugh.  It's a kiwi.  And that's a bruise.  In the shape of a heart.  Cool, huh?  It was devoured by Christian right after this photo was taken.

A Trip to the North Side to See GG

Laura (Luke's GG) invited us to worship with her family at their church, North River Community Church, to give their congregation the opportunity to meet Luke.  They graciously lifted many prayers to the Lord on his behalf during Haley's pregnancy.  It was a joy to meet them, and GG was glad for the opportunity to love on Luke!  After worship, we went out for dinner at the Olde Towne Tavern in Lawrenceville - very yummy!!!!

The Glenn Family - Sam, Jameson, Laura, Roger, Jill, and Jill's Friend

Laura's friend, Veronica, was visiting at Laura's church and joined us for dinner afterwards.  Tom and I had met her on several other occasions and it was good to see her again!

Visit With Haley

Tom and I met Haley at Stonecrest Mall this afternoon so she could see Luke.  She brought him some valentine's from GG, her brothers, Matt and Haden, and she made a very special one herself with a very special message to him.  They will all be tucked away in his keepsake chest for him to read someday.  Also, she gave him a cute sock monkey!
