Tom turned 45 today!!

The kids were insistent that I put in a picture of me cooking Dad's birthday dinner, because my picture rarely makes it onto the blog. There's a reason for that . . . . . .
I gave Tom a collection of recipes to choose his birthday dinner from. The finalists were:Bourbon Pecan Chicken
Wild rice with Mushrooms and Almonds
Apricot Rosemary Roasted Parsnips and Carrots
And Tiramisu Cake for for dessert
