We're in Michigan!

We didn't have too far to travel today and arrived in Plymouth, Michigan (11349 Gold Arbor to be exact) around 11:00 a.m. Our intentions were to set up camp at a local campground, but Mimi and Papa wouldn't hear of it and insisted that we camp alongside of their house. It turned out to be a really great situation as we were able to tap into their septic system, giving us full hook-ups. Their neighbors next door were great about the trailer being there, and have been contemplating purchasing a trailer themselves, so they had some good conversations with Tom about the pros and cons of RV's. The kids slept in the house with their cousins, Jacob and Marlena, giving Tom and I the trailer to ourselves.

Christian hooked up to his laptop in Mimi's kitchen, participating in his Government class.

Lila had purchased items to make flower arrangements for the tables at the church for the celebration, and asked Sue and I to put them together.

We spent the evening mixing and matching, and finally completed 19 centerpieces.
